Utilization of Proximate Analysis Tools to Determine the Nutritional Quality of Food Products in the Hasanuddin University Laboratory

This research aims to determine the nutritional quality of food products using the proximate analysis method at the Animal Feed Chemistry Laboratory at Hasanuddin University. The samples analyzed included various types of animal feed. The proximate analysis method used includes determining water, ash, protein, fat, crude fiber and carbohydrate content. The research results show that the nutritional content of animal feed samples varies and can provide important information for the animal feed industry to improve the quality of their products.
